chambray and curls East Dean house
Summers have always been a time of transition for me, often a funny few months of limbo between one thing ending and another beginning. This summer is no different. Suddenly all of the new beginnings are upon us and it is time to say goodbye to this house, and all our friends on the South Coast. Harry and I are currently packing up our worldly goods into boxes before moving back up to Manchester tomorrow! For those of you who might not know, Harry and I lived in Manchester for 4 years before moving near Brighton. It is the city we first met in! We’ve known for a long time that we wanted city life again and the prices of Brighton make it impossible for two self employed youngsters. The links and friends we have in Manchester, plus its affordability, make a lot of sense for us now that we are looking at building our future together. So the North beckons once again! We’ve found a teeny tiny flat in the Northern Quarter that I’m itching to fill with plants and all our little bits and pieces. I’ve handed in my notice at work and Harry has his next move all set up. Its definitely all change over here but I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds. Wish us luck!
